As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top
talent within the Information Technology sector. Your primary focus will be on understanding the
technical requirements of various roles, building relationships with candidates, and collaborating with
hiring managers to fill critical positions. This role requires a deep understanding of IT roles,
technologies, and trends to successfully match candidates with the organization’s needs
Responsibilities
- o Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks,
- and industry events, to identify and attract IT professionals.
- o Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- o Conduct thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience,
- and cultural fit.
- o Assess candidates’ motivation, career goals, and alignment with organizational values.
- o Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and hiring
- needs.
- o Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and
- competitive landscape.
- o Create compelling job descriptions and postings to attract qualified candidates.
- o Utilize marketing strategies to enhance the organization’s employer brand within the IT
- community.
- o Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- o Gather and provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- o Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers.
- o Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- o Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and
- candidate satisfaction.
- o Generate regular reports to assess the success of recruitment strategies.
- o Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the IT job market.
- o Continuously enhance knowledge of IT roles and skills to better understand candidate
- qualifications.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
